Why do the U9 and U10 divisions not have a "Champion" awarded? Scores are not kept for U9 & U10 divisions, as they are still developmental age groups. U11 is where CJSA begins scoring and ranking, our tournament follows those guidelines.
Will there be food? Depending on the location, we will have food trucks at some of the field.
How long are the games?
AGE GROUP - BALL SIZE - FORMAT MAX # OF PLAYERS - GAME DURATION
U9 & U10 - 4 - 7v7 - 12 - (2) 25-min halves
U11 & U12 - 4 - 9v9 - 16 - (2) 25-min halves
U13 & U14/15 - 5 - 11v11 - 22 - (2) 30-min halves
What flights will have "Champions"? Boys and Girls U11 and up ALL flights will have one winner, based on points.
Do I have to check in at registration with my player? No, your coach will check the team in as a whole.
Do you allow Team Tents? Yes, however they MUST be staked for the safety of players and spectators.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
- Regardless of weather conditions, coaches and teams must appear on the field of play and be ready to play as scheduled. Failure to appear will result in forfeiture of the game. Only the referee and/or the tournament director can cancel, postpone, or reschedule a game.
- Tournament Director reserves the right to make the following changes in the event of inclement weather:
- a. Relocate and/or reschedule a match
- b. Reduce scheduled duration of a match
- c. Cancel a match
- d. Cancel the tournament
- Cancellation may also be required if permission to use fields or facilities is revoked by the governing authority (Glastonbury Parks & Recreation).
- Inclement Weather Before Games
- Any game that is not started and has been canceled (as opposed to postponed) due to severe weather conditions before play has begun
- The result of the game will be a 1-1 tie (if the game cannot be rescheduled as determined by the tournament director).
- Canceled games will not be rescheduled.
- Inclement Weather During Games
- If a game is terminated due to weather conditions after the half, the game will be considered official, and the score at that time will stand.
- If a game is terminated due to weather conditions before the half, the result of the game will be a 1- 1 tie.
- In case of inclement weather, please check the website or tournament app for updated field conditions. It is each team’s responsibility to check for schedule/field changes.
- Tournament Committee, the coaches of the host teams and any sponsors of the tournament activities, shall not be responsible for any expenses (including the tournament entry fee) incurred by any team or club, if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part.
- The Tournament Director reserves the right to decide on all matters relative to the tournament. His/her interpretations of these rules shall be final.
