REQUIREMENT
Payment is due at the time of registration. Team medical release and tournament roster need to be submitted by April 1st, 2024. These documents can be uploaded on the TeamSnap website or by emailing them to [email protected]!

TeamSnap Tournaments is our official software being used for this year’s tournament.

3. In app sign in using this your email address and follow our tournament, Glastonbury Hartwell's 32nd Annual Spring Warmup
4. Now you can see favorite your team, see division schedules, and can receive real-time scores, updates, and notifications. You can also see results on the web here. Please note that you will not receive real-time alerts unless you are on the app.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULES
Preliminary schedules will be posted closer to time of the tournament.
(COACHES) CHECK-IN REMINDER!
Coach/manager need to check in with the referees at the field before kick-off.

Preliminary schedules will be posted closer to tournament date. Emails will be sent.
*Please note, even after final schedules are released, the tournament committee may need to revise schedules to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. It is the responsibility of the coach or manager to check their team’s schedule online, on the TeamsnapTournament App or at tournament Registration to insure they are aware of any last minute changes.
GAME BREAKDOWN
Weather permitting, each team will play four (4) games (maximum of two (2) games per day), Round Robin Format
AGE GROUP - BALL SIZE - FORMAT MAX # OF PLAYERS - GAME DURATION
U9 & U10 - 4 - 7v7 - 12 - (2) 25-min halves
U11 & U12 - 4 - 9v9 - 16 - (2) 25-min halves
U13 & U14/15 - 5 - 11v11 - 22 - (2) 30-min halves

Will there be food?
Depending on the location, we will have food trucks at some of the field. We also have an active downtown and scattered town squares all with great restaurants.

Why do the U9 and U10 divisions not have a "Champion" awarded?
Scores are not kept for U9 & U10 divisions, as they are still developmental age groups. U11 is where CJSA begins scoring and ranking, our tournament follows those guidelines.
What flights will have "Champions"? Boys and Girls U11 and up - ALL flights will have one winner, based on points.
Do I have to check in at registration with my player? No, your coach will check the team in as a whole at the fields.
Do you allow Team Tents? Yes, however they MUST be staked for the safety of players and spectators.
